DSIDC Annual Conference Thursday 19th November 2015

The theme of the 2015 Conference was dementia education.  The conference focussed on a number of interventions designed to inform and develop not only people’s understanding of dementia but also to improve our caregiving practice.  Speakers, both from Ireland and the continent, discussed topics ranging from the education of younger people and family caregivers through to the training of a variety of healthcare professionals including GPs.
